Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to purchases from Villuna, operated by North Arc Ventures LLC. From time to time, some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can change or cancel them. Subscriptions are always optional and opt-in: you will only be enrolled in a subscription if you explicitly select a subscription option at checkout. We never enroll customers in recurring billing automatically.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. The billing frequency and amount are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. If you do not want a subscription to renew, you can cancel it at any time.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include a link to your order, and you can manage or cancel your subscription from there. You may also contact us at info@villuna.store for help.
