This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with Villuna, operated by North Arc Ventures LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please note that delivery may take longer during peak seasons, sales periods, or due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at any time using the Track Your Order link on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@villuna.store and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@villuna.store and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
